This stage is crucial because it brings your home’s core systems to life—delivering water where it’s needed and powering everything from lights to appliances. We begin with what’s called the “rough-in” phase, where all the basic piping and wiring are installed before walls and finishes are completed.

For plumbing, we install the water supply lines, drainage pipes, and vent systems throughout the home based on your custom floor plan. This includes everything from bathroom and kitchen hookups to utility areas and outdoor spigots. We coordinate closely with local inspectors to make sure all work complies with building codes and functions properly. Once the walls are finished, we return for the final install, adding sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets, and any other fixtures you’ve chosen.
